A couple of Embark clients, Nance and Harvey Boswell, have introduced us to their son, Alex — or rather, to his blog. Alex is in Southeast Asia right now, the last we saw visiting the Plain of Jars in Laos.

One of us just spent about half an hour catching up on Alex’s adventures: sea kayaking in Vietnam’s Ha Long Bay, motorcycling around northern Vietnam, floating a river and seeing a festival in Laos, and going on the Gibbon Experience, a combination of hiking and zip-lining in the jungles.

Later in his trip, his parents will be meeting Alex for a trek on the Annapurna Circuit, a safari at Chitwan, and some adventures in India. Like we said, our kind of travel, and we’re thrilled to play a part in this family’s adventures.
