Embark Exploration Co. is honored to partner with the American Cancer Society as their official outfitter for their second annual Kilimanjaro climb to fundraise for groundbreaking cancer research and patient care programs.

This August, nine ACS adventurous fundraisers will ascend Africa’s highest mountain, Mt. Kilimanjaro, at 19,341 ft.  This challenge will take the hikers 8 days to complete and covers almost 45 miles with more than 11,000 ft of elevation gain.  They’ve got their work cut out for them but they will have the added inspiration that their efforts are contributing to vital cancer research.  And, of course, along the way they will have the assistance and support of our famous Kilimanjaro support staff to get them up the mountain.  We love helping everyone achieve their goal of summiting Kilimanjaro but we couldn’t be more proud to host this particular crew and support them in their fundraising efforts.
