Settle into your lodge and enjoy a safari briefing over dinner as your adventure begins. Optional activities include guided walks or e-biking in the Kalahari landscape.
Travel to the remote NamibRand Nature Reserve, one of southern Africa’s largest private wilderness areas. After lunch, begin the Tok Tokkie Trail—an immersive, guided desert walk designed to reveal the hidden details of the Namib’s fauna, flora, dunes, and mountains. Spend the night at a mobile wilderness camp, sleeping out under the stars for a truly unforgettable desert experience.
Overnight at Tok Tokkie Trails with fully inclusive camping.
Conclude your Tok Tokkie walking safari and travel onward to the iconic Sossusvlei region. Check in at Camp Sossus and settle in, surrounded by vast desert landscapes and some of Namibia’s most famous dunes.
Enter Namib-Naukluft National Park at sunrise to experience Sossusvlei’s towering dunes in the soft morning light, including the option to climb the iconic Big Daddy dune. Explore Sossusvlei and Deadvlei with your guide, learning about the desert’s unique ecology, before enjoying a shaded picnic. Return to camp in the afternoon for lunch and time at leisure or optional activities such as a mountain bike ride or sundowner drive.
Travel northwest through the dramatic landscapes of Namib-Naukluft National Park, passing the Gaub and Kuiseb canyons en route to the coast. Arrive in Swakopmund via Walvis Bay and enjoy the cooler ocean air, time to explore the seaside town, and an evening dining on fresh local seafood.
Spend the morning kayaking along the Walvis Bay Lagoon and Pelican Point, paddling in calm waters alongside playful Cape fur seals and abundant birdlife. After brunch, return to Swakopmund with the afternoon free to enjoy optional activities such as a guided fat bike ride through the coastal desert, where the Namib meets the Atlantic.
After breakfast, travel north toward Etosha National Park with a scenic lunch en route. Arrive at the Ongava Game Reserve in time for an afternoon game drive in an open safari vehicle, exploring this private reserve on the edge of Etosha.
Spend the day game viewing in Etosha National Park, traveling from the southern Andersson’s Gate eastward through the park’s central region in your private safari vehicle. Exit the park before sunset and continue to your camp, with time to relax before dinner.
Spend the night at Onguma Trails Camp on the eastern edge of Etosha, staying in a comfortable bell tent in a private reserve setting. Enjoy the tranquility of the bush and inclusive lodge experiences in this wildlife-rich area.
Travel south to Okonjima, home of the AfriCat Foundation. Settle in and enjoy a guided afternoon activity, including the opportunity to track leopards while learning about AfriCat’s important conservation and research work.
