Deposit Payment
To secure your spot, you’ll pay a deposit—either $500 or 30% of the total trip cost if you’re embarking on a safari.

Preparation Document
After we receive your completed paperwork and deposit, you’ll gain access to our comprehensive Preparation Document. This guide will help address many of your questions and provide valuable tips to ensure a smooth planning process.

In the Months Leading Up to Your Trip:
To prepare for your adventure, we’ll need the following information:

• A scanned copy of your passport
• Your flight itinerary
• Proof of overseas medical insurance
