Now for the fine print:

• The Loyalty Program begins with trips going in 2024. For example, if you have completed 2 trips in the past, and book a trip in 2024, you be on level 3.
• If you are a previous Embark client and want your swag & discount, you will receive the discount with the next booked trip in 2024 or after.

• The program is not retro-active. You will receive your complimentary swag after the trip is complete. 
• Discounts and offers apply only to what is listed as included in the set itinerary.  Does not apply to the value of additional add-ons, such as extra nights in hotels & local tours outside of the itinerary.
• Discounts and offers do not apply to trips organized and paid for by foundations, non profits or other partner businesses.  
• If the trip is through a foundation but the clients are paying direct to Embark, then they are eligible for the loyalty program.
• Discounts and offers do not apply to trips already booked prior to the announcement of this program of May 8, 2023.
• Embark swag and gear is subject to availability and sizing.
• Wildlife Safaris are not included in the Loyalty Program.
• Drawing for a free Embark trip takes place every year in September.
  • Eligibility to win is limited to one free trip within a 5 year period
  • Trip must be booked within 6 months and must take place within two years of the drawing.
